KELVIN SU, 2016 SCHOOL DUX

Kelvin Su, Year 12 2016 has received an ATAR of 99.50 which has ensured him the status of DUX 2016 at Canley Vale High School.  

Having performed with distinctions in Mathematics and Science, he also ranked first in all HSC subjects he studied this year - English Advanced, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics Extension as well as receiving high Bands in Accelerated Mathematics and Mathematics Extension in 2015.  

Not only is Kelvin dedicated to his studies, he also actively participates in many community events both in school and outside of school.  Some of these include the school Peer Literacy Tutoring Program, Gala Day Coach for Basketball, UTS Summer School in Health, and the Initiate 48 Hackathon.  

His passion lies in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics which will now drive and encourage him to complete his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/B Commerce at UNSW.   

With Kelvin's positive attitude and motivation, we are sure he will do well in his future studies and we are all very proud of him for all that he has contributed and achieved during his time at Canley Vale High School.    Congratulations and all the best.
