SENTRAL PARENT PORTAL is now available

Canley Vale High School Sentral Parent Portal will allow parents to receive and view information and reports for their child and engage in their learning. 

To register, you will have been provided with registration details and a access key.  If you do not have this information, please email the school on canleyvale-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au requesting your access key code.

Q - What is the Student and Parent Portal

A - The Student and Parent Portal is a website where students and parents can gain access to see important school information.  Reports, timetables and school news and articles can be viewed here.  Also when parent/teahcer interveiws are available they can also book their appointments on this website. 

Q - Where can I access the Parent Portal?

A- The Sentral Parent Portal can be accessed here

Q - What should I do if I do not have an account?

A - Parents have been sent a letter containing login details and access codes.  If you have not received this letter, please contact the school to organise a new letter to be sent to you.  It would be a good time to also check that the school has your most up-to-date home address, email address and contact mobile phone number. 

Q - I have received the letter about registering but I am unsure what I need to do?

A - Follow the instructions on the letter to access the website to register.   Enter the details required to create an account.  You will then need to log in to your account and enter the student access code provided in your letter.  This access code allows you to see information about your child/ren.

Q - What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

A - On the Student & Parent Portal login screen, select the 'Forgotten your password'.  You will then be prompted to enter your email address which you will receive instructions to follow on resetting your password. 

Q - The access code for my child/ren's account does not work?

A - Contact the school and a new code will be reissued to you.
