Parent Teacher Interviews and Report Collection Evening
Students in Years 8, 11 & 12
Monday, 24 June 2019 - Week 9
From 3.30pm to 6.30pm
You are required to make your appointments online by accessing the School Interviews website and following these instructions. Your childs timetable has been sent home to assist with your bookings.

Enter event code – 5fuzb
Enter your personal details and your child’s name/details
Choose the subject from the drop down box, and then their teacher. (Repeat this for as many teachers you wish to meet with)
Choose the times you wish to meet with each teacher. Interview times are 10 minutes.
Please DO NOT book back-to-back appointments. It is recommended that a 10 minute time slot be kept free in-between to ensure an easy transition from teacher to teacher.
Once ‘Finished’ an email will be sent to you.
Please PRINT the schedule and BRING it along with you on the evening.
Bookings are now open and will close on Monday, 24 June 2019 at 10.30am.
Your child/children’s report will be available for collection in the Lecture Theatre from 3.00pm.
Chinese, Vietnamese and Khmer interpreters will be available to assist on the evening.
Access to the school (Lecture Theatre and E Block) will be via Gate 4 ONLY - Prospect Road / Ada Street end of the school. There will be NO access to school grounds from the Administration Office.
