Canteen
All canteens in NSW public schools must meet certain requirements. These include providing more healthy food and drink options – to make the healthy choice an easy choice for students. Visit Healthy school canteens to learn more.
Canley Vale High School is partnered with Made Fresh for the contract of our school canteen services.
Made Fresh are a family business who have been providing fresh food for students and school communities since 2006. They are fully accredited and have attained 'Healthy School Canteen' certification based on the new Healthy School Canteens strategy.

Uniforms
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.
Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:
meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
is appropriate for the full range of school activities
is suitable for all body shapes.

It is most important that students wear appropriate footwear to school. The school uniform requires students to wear black fully enclosed leather shoes. This is a safety requirement. Sneakers and non-leather shoes are not acceptable.

Uniform Store
Canley Vale High School Uniform shop is now being operated by Daylight Schoolwear. The uniform shop is located on the school grounds (entrance via the main school gates).
Daylight Schoolwear can be contacted on (02) 4648 1066 for any enquiries. Bookings are essential and can be made on their website at www.canlendly.com/canleyvale

Hiring our facilities
You may apply to use our school’s facilities for appropriate purposes provided your hiring of the facility doesn't interfere with our teaching and learning programs.
